What information do we collect? How do we use it?
When you join Firs Club, we need to know your name, postal address, email address and your bank account details. Your bank account details allow us to process your direct debit membership payments.
We also ask for your telephone number, which enables us to easily contact you if there is a problem with any bookings you may have made at the club. We will not use your telephone number for promotional purposes or pass your telephone number to a third party.
We may use your email address to occasionally notify you about important new developments at the Firs Club. If you would rather not receive this information, please send an appropriate email to info@firsclub.co.uk.
Will the Firs Club disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
No – the Firs Club will not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
