The Gymnasium is split over 2 floors and is fully air conditioned.
On the Ground Level there is a huge variety of Life Fitness resistance machines
& of course free-weights.
On the First Floor there is a large selection of Cardiovascular equipment to really get the heart pumping. Most of this equipment is Life Fitness which we believe to be the market leader in fitness equipment.
There are plentiful TV’s mounted above to keep you entertained & motivated.
