Non members can only book classes on the day at £3.00 per class.

Class Information
Pilates - A class to work deeper core muscles to gain better posture.
Spin - A super Aerobic workout for all fitness levels, Using a spinning bike in a motivational class environment.
Sculpt - An endurance class with weights set to music, each muscle group is targeted. Great for toning. A class for Everybody.
Fit 'n' Fun - A great way to get into shape. This aerobic class is a choreography workout that burns fat and tones up the body.
AB Attack       - A circuit class to help back stability and strong toned abs. Get core stability and flexibility here.
Salsacise - Aerobic based class to Latin music.
Boxercise - A workout combining moves to music using Gloves and Mitts, to give a stress release workout that will burn calories fast!
Circuits - A mixture of Cardio Vascular and Toning Stations - to burn Calories and Tone muscles.
Balance - A mixture of Yoga and Tai Chi moves, working on posture and tone. Develops flexibility.
Body Workout - if you want variety then this class is for you. Each class is something different. A great class that gets results.
Aerotone - A low impact Aerobics class to get you in tip top shape.
     
BEG - Beginners
MA - Mixed Ability
INT - Intermediate
ADV - Advanced
